I don't start from templates. I start from: what is actually true here? Every RAG architecture, every agentic system I've built started from questioning every assumption before accepting any constraint.
Ambiguity is not a pre-condition — it is the work. My best contributions have been in spaces where the right answer wasn't clear yet: regulated AI deployment, multi-cloud agentic systems, AI governance before it was mainstream.
